When you purchase an online course it is automatically added to your online courses account. If you don’t already have an account, you will need to create one and a special link will be emailed to you so you can set up your own password. If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder as it may have gone in there. If you still haven’t received it, just contact us and we can re-sent it.

You can access your online courses via your account page, but you will need to log into the Online Courses Portal to to continue with the course.  You can go directly to the Online Courses Platform and sign in using the following link: https://academy.cast-soft.com/users/sign_in

  • Q. I'm having trouble logging in, what can I do?

    You can access your online courses account directly at: https://academy.cast-soft.com/users/sign_in (you will need to sign in). If you are there and are still having problems logging in, it may be that you need to delete your browser cookies and/or empty your cache. If you’re still having trouble after having done that, then please email [email protected]

  • Q. What do I need to access a course?

    All you need is a reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer, tablet or phone – our online courses are responsive and designed to work across all platforms. Our courses are presented in English, so you will need to have a good grasp of the language to be able to follow the filmed clips and read the associated material. We also recommend that you study the courses somewhere quiet so that you can concentrate and get the most out of the rich, helpful information they contain.

  • Q. Do I need any previous experience?

    Our Getting Started and Essentials training is presented as clearly as possible without jargon so that anyone who is interested in the subject matter, whether for professional or personal reasons, can benefit from the material covered. Our Advanced level courses assume prior knowledge of wysiwyg either obtained through our Essentials courses or through experience.

  • Q. How do I purchase a course?

    Simply click the ‘Buy now’ button on the course page to add the course to your basket. You can then continue browsing the site and add additional courses too or proceed to the checkout, where you can pay with your debit/credit card via our secure payment gateway.

  • Q. Can I buy more than one course?

    Yes, once you’ve added a course to your basket you can continue browsing and add other courses before proceeding to the checkout.

  • Q. How long will an online course take me?

    That’s really up to you! The beauty of our online courses is that with a minimum of 28 days access to each course you can do as little or as much as you like in one sitting.

  • Q. Can I stop a course and continue later?

    Yes. The advantage of our online training is that you can fit it in around your other commitments whenever it suits you, day or night. All of our courses and webinars come with 28 day access so you can take your time and complete them at your own pace.

  • Q. Can I revisit the course in the future?

    Yes! All of our courses come with a minimum 28 day access. You can revisit the whole course, or just a section of it, as often as you need to. In fact, we recommend that you do this to help you fully absorb the material the course contains. If you would like to review a particular section of the course again having finished the whole course, or even having moved through the course to a later section, you can easily navigate to an earlier section using the menu on the left of the screen.

  • Q. Will I get a certificate?

    Yes, our Essentials online courses include a certificate of completion once you pass the end of course quiz. Advanced level courses require you to pass a practical assignment and quiz to be awarded a certificate of achievement.
